• Please refrain from using heavy perfumes or colognes.

• For sessions on the equipment, please wear comfortable clothing without zippers or buttons, and avoid loose jewelry and metal hair clips. Socks are not recommended unless they are grip socks.

• Please leave shoes in the waiting room cubbies before entering the main studio.

• Remember to silence your cell phone during class and step outside the studio if you need to take a call.

• Payment must be made before or at the time of service. We encourage you to use our online scheduling option to reserve your spot in advance. Walk-ins are welcome, however, we cannot guarantee there will be space in the class.

• All prices are subject to change

• Our studio has a 1-hour cancellation policy for all group classes and a 24-hour policy for personal sessions. If you do not reschedule or cancel your appointment within this time you will be charged the full amount.

•We require a two-person minimum to hold a group class. Please sign up for your desired class early to avoid it being canceled. Those who have prepaid will receive a refund and those using a package code will receive class credit. If you are signed up for a class that gets canceled, we will notify you by phone. Canceled classes will be reflected on the class schedule.

• If the class you sign up for is canceled, we will contact you at least an hour in advance and you will be given the option to reschedule.

• In the case of inclement weather, please check with the studio to see if we are open.

• For duet sessions, if one person cancels, the remaining client may either choose to cancel within a 24-hour period or continue their appointment at the rate of a single private session.

• For semi-privates, there is a minimum of two people. If only one person is signed up, the client can choose to cancel within a 24 period or continue at the rate of a single private session.
